Promising sectors of the economy in the Primorsky Region is agriculture. There are a labour force, investment, equipment and technologies have necessitated the creation in the field of Russian-Chinese joint business. For several reasons, China prefers to organize their agricultural enterprises in the preparation of the land in the long-term lease. Such an enterprise is accompanied by a risk of occurrence of negative environmental impacts, which requires the adoption of special measures.
